EMILY'S YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

Level 1/2  Yoga with the Roll Model Method Self Massage

Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm at Yoga Soup

This class blends alignment-focused yoga, corrective exercise, therapy ball massage, breath, and meditation with an emphasis on strength, mobility, and self-care. Find knots you never knew existed and let go of the tension you didn't know you had.  Great for everyone.
