Mindful Flow at Yoga Soup

Tuesdays 9am-10:15am at Yoga Soup

Mindful flow classes are a unique blend of intermediate yoga, movement, and meditation. Each class offers the opportunity to practice deeper awareness and self-care. Breath focused yoga and movement build strength and resilience in the body. Mindfulness practices help build focus, calm the mind, and unwind the nervous system.

Rise & Shine Flow at Yoga Soup

Wednesdays 7:30am Level 2 with Emily Benaron

Begin your day with a slow and steady yoga flow designed to mindfully create more strength, resilience, and mobility while grounding your energy and increasing mental focus. 

Yoga for Strength at Yoga Soup

Wednesdays at 10:45-11:45

Designed to build greater strength and stability in your practice, these uplifting and energizing classes integrate light hand weights into more familiar asanas. Dynamic movements and added weight will bring you into a deeper sense of what muscles are being stretched and worked within the poses. Join us in these classes to build inner heat and endurance while improving the health of your muscles, tendons, and bones. Adding weights to your practice helps cross train for asana that requires strength and mobility to do safely such as chaturanga and arm balancing... Combining the mindfulness of yoga with strength training builds new pathways for better movement.

PFX All Levels Yoga Flow at Physical Focus

Join Emily for a 60 minute slow flow yoga practice designed to skillfully increase mobility, resilience and recovery with mindful awareness. Appropriate for all levels.
