Move, Roll & Restore

Join Emily and experience a fun and nourishing workshop combining The Roll Model Method®, yoga and active stretching for full body recovery and pain relief.

Empower yourself by developing a deeper understanding of your muscles and fascia, restore healthy joint mobility, create new and useful ranges of motion to improve your workouts, develop body awareness, and breathe better. You will leave this workshop with a useful “take anywhere” toolbox for recovery, relaxation, and optimal self-care to live better in your body.
